Synthetic Evaluation on the Quality of Communication on Telecommunication Networks

  • 摘要: 在建立电信网质量评价指标体系的基础上,运用多级模糊综合评判、加权平均和一票否决法,对电信网通信质量进行综合评价,取得了较好效果.

     

    Abstract: On the basis of index system of the quality, synthetic evaluation is carried out on the quality of the telecommunication networks according to the methods of multi-level fuzzy synthetic evaluation, weighted average method, zero for one and achieves better results.
