Emphasis of the Thought of Kungtuz's Humanity on Construction of Enterprise

摘要

摘要: 借鉴孔子民本思想的主要内容,论述在企业文化建设中,要确立以人为本的企业哲学,从提高职工素质、发挥管理者的表率作用和建立健全合理规章制度的角度,探索企业文化建设的途径.

Abstract: Considering Kungtuz's thought the way of constructing enterprise culture is discussed in this paper. Further more the way of constructing enterprise culture is also discussed in the view of improving the staff's ability, making managers play important role and create reasonable rule.
