尾矿库回水对齐大山铁矿浮选影响的实验室模拟

Effect of Simulated Water from Diaojuntai Concentrator on the Iron Mineral Flotation in Qidashan Concentrator

  • 摘要: 在实验室条件下研究了调军台选厂尾矿库回水中可能含有的淀粉、石灰、氢氧化钠和RA-315对齐大山铁矿浮选的影响.结果表明,影响齐大山铁矿浮选过程的主要因素是回水的pH值,其他药剂的存在也有一定的影响;但经过调整捕收剂石油磺酸钠的用量可以消除其影响,而不需对该选厂尾矿库回水进行特殊处理即可作为选厂浮选用水.

     

    Abstract: The effect of starch, lime, sodium hydroxide and RA-315 contained in the reclaimed water from wiling pond of Diaojuntai concentrator on the flotation process of Qidashan concentrator were inveshgated in the laboratory. The results show that the main fator influencing the flotahon process was pH value of the reclaimed warer. The presenc of stareh and RA-315 also influences the process, but this influence can be reduced to acceptabe level by decreasing the dosage of collector used. The reclaimed water from the tailing pond of Diaojuntai concentrator can be direchy used as flotation water in Qidashan concentrator.
