35CrMo调质齿轮弯曲疲劳可靠性试验

Test Research on the Reliability of Gear-tooth Bending Fatigue Strength for Through Hardening Steel 35CrMo

  • 摘要: 论述35CrMo调质齿轮轮齿弯曲疲劳强度的可靠性试验研究.该试验是在英国制造的1603型电磁谐振疲劳试验机上进行的的,分4个应力级,每个应力缓的试验样本不少于7个.在试验数据基础上,拟合出R-S-N曲线及方程,最后求得不同可靠度下35CrMo调质齿轮轮齿的弯曲疲劳强度极限,

     

    Abstract: Deals with the experimental investigation on the reliability of gear-tooth fatigue for through hardening steel 35CrMo. The tests were canied out on a electro-mag-netic resonance fatigue test machine of type 1603 (U. K). Four loading stress levels (7 sample for each test) were conducted. Based on the test data, a R-S-N curve and related equation were fitted. Finally, the limiting bending fatigue strengh of the 35CrMo gear-tooth under different reliability have been evaluated.
