红外辐射加热过程分析

Analysis of Infrared Selective Radiation in Heating Process

  • 摘要: 根据物体对辐射的吸收理论,阐明当光辐射波长与金属氧化物共振吸收波长匹配时,辐射能量将全部被吸收.由一定成分的金属氧化物组成的红外涂料,将产生特定波段的红外辐射,在金属加热过程中红外辐射传递将起着快速加热的作用.

     

    Abstract: The oxides formed on the surfase of metals have the influence on the radiation absorption. Increase of the roughness and thickness of the oxides on the metal are favourable to the thermal radiation absorphon. When the wavelength of the light radiation is coupled with the wavelength of resonance absorption of the oxides, the energy of radiation may be absorbed throughout. The infrared coating materials consisting of certain oxides can make higher selective emission within a certain broad wavelength band. The infrared rediation transport increase the absorption of heat on the sarfase of the metal in the heating metal process.
