激冷下工业纯铁中三次渗碳体的析出

Precipitation of Cementite from Pure Iron after Rapid Cooling

  • 摘要: 通过在透射电镜下明视场、暗视场、电子衍射结构分析,研究了工业纯铁在激冷条件下三次渗碳体的析出.结果表明:快速冷却不能完全抑制三次渗碳体的析出,且三次渗碳体的拆出形貌(颗粒状、条片状)取决于钢的含碳量

     

    Abstract: The experiments have been carried out to carefully investigate precipitation of cemenhte from pure iron during rapid cooling. By TEM, it was observed that the cemenhte, also called as the thini cemenhte, precipitated on the grain boundray from supersoluable alpha ferrite, and its shape, which is usually spheroidal or filmy, depends on the carbon content of the pure iron.
