铝渣灰脱硫剂对提高LF炉脱硫效果的影响

Efficiency of Synthetic Desulphurizer with Aluminum Slag Ash on Increasing Desulphurization of LF Process

  • 摘要: 叙述了用铝渣灰脱硫剂提高脱硫效果缩短LF炉处理时间的试验,着重分析了此脱硫剂的脱硫效果和影响因素核试验的工艺要点是:控制好顶渣成分,提前造渣,钢液脱氧良好,增加吹氩强度.结果表明,用含铝渣灰的脱硫剂处理钢水,当每t钢加入量为15~20kg时,LF炉处理时间平均缩短10min,平均脱硫率提高16%.

     

    Abstract: The experiments using synthetic desulphurizer with Aluminum slag ash to increase the efficiency of desulphurization and shorten the LF process time were described.The efficiency of mis desulphurizer and factors influencing its effects were emphatically analysed. The gists of the experiments process were as follows: the optimum control of top slag composition, forming the top slag in ladle eariy, the good deoxidation,increasing the Ar gas shtring strength. The experimental results showed that given the desulphurizers addition among 15~20 kg/t, the average LF process time is shorted 10 min, the average desulpherizing rate is raised 16%.
