化学浸润法氧化物弥散强化铁素体合金的静态再结晶

Static Recrystalization of Chemical Socking Oxide Dispersion Strengthened Ferritic Steels

  • 摘要: 研究了用化学浸润法(CS)进行氧化物弥散强化(ODS)的铁素体合金形变后在退火过程中的组织变化.结果表明:合金的再结晶温度在750~780 ℃之间;形变量高的合金退火后能获得细小均匀的晶粒;弥散相能有效钉扎初次再结晶完成后晶粒尺寸在临界尺寸Dlim以下的晶界;弥散强化相Y2Ti2O3在形变和退火过程中是稳定的.

     

    Abstract: Recrystalization of the dispersion strengthened fetrihc steels, which was manufacted through chemical socking, was systemahcally studied. It was found that the recrystaization temperatures varied from 750 to 780 ℃, fine grains could be obtained by annealing after high-level deformation, grain boundaries of the grains with size smaller than limited value could be effectively Pinned by dispersoids, and Y2Ti2O7 was stable during deformation and annealing.
