高温高压下合成立方氮化硼的方法

Methods of cBN Synthesis under High Pressure and Temperature

  • 摘要: 研究温度、压力和升压速度对使用催化剂合成琥珀色立方氮化硼的影响.结果表明,在本实验条件下,合成立方氧化硼所用的温度、压力都低于合成金刚石的值;减慢超压速度有利于改善立方氮化硼的合成效果.

     

    Abstract: The influences of temperature, pressure and the elevating pressure speed on the amber cBN synthesis using catalyst have been studied.The resultS show that, under the experimental conditions, both temperature and pressure for the amber cBN synthesis are belower than these for the diamond synthesis, and the results of cBN synthesis can be improved if the elevating pressure speed is slowed down.
