极图数据状态对ODF分析的影响

Influence of Pole Figure Status on ODF Analysis

  • 摘要: 分析了极图测量条件以及极图数据处理方法对所计算ODF质量的影响,对其原因做了讨论.结果表明,用1/4极图计算ODF存在着不合理之处,容易造成明显的误差,用测量全极图并做对称化处理的方法可显著地提高ODF的准确性,同时也可对不对称织构进行有效的定量分析.

     

    Abstract: The influence of measurement condition and calculation method of the pole figure on the quality of ODF analysis is studied and the reasons are discussed. Some defects, which could result in obvious errors, are induced by the method of calculating ODF based on a quarter of the whole pole figure. It is suggested that the accuracy of ODF calculation can be increased by making the whole pole figure data average-weighted,and this method can also analyse the asymmetrical texture quantitatively and effectively.
