Flatness Control in New Generation High-tech Mills for Wide Strip Rolling

  • 摘要: 提出界定轧机板形控制性能的辊缝调节特性空间(CQ-CH-q)及评价的主要参数:辊缝基本凸度及可调度、辊缝刚度、弯辊调控幅度、辊缝曲线四次分量可调度和辊间接触压力峰值.分析了板形控制的“柔性辊缝策略”与“刚性辊缝策略”.提出采用“交接触长度(VCL)支持辊”以改善连轧机组的板形控制性能,并在生产中应用.

     

    Abstract: The area of roll gap adjustment and its characteristics of stiffness are investigated in a CQCHq space. Parameters for evaluating the capabilities of the roll gap control are defined.
