铝合金冷态流动应力数学模型

Mathermatical Model of Flow Stress about Aluminium Alloy under Cold Condition

  • 摘要: 采用自制的平面应变压缩试验装置,对生产现场采集的5种铝合金进行了压缩试验,测定了冷变形条件下的流动应力,分析了各种变形条件对流动应力的影响.通过对8种结构形式流动应力数学模型的回归和分析比较,获得了结构简单、计算精度高、适合于现场计算机在线控制的数学模型.

     

    Abstract: The compression experiment for five aluminium alloys is made by self-made plain strain compress instrument, the flow stress is measured under cold defromation, which effact on flow stress is descussed. The best mathematic model of flow stress is obtained.
