重轨矫直过程应力应变模型的确定与分析

Determination of Relationship between Stress and Strain and Analysis of Mechanical Property in Rail Straightening

  • 摘要: 采用真实的复杂应力应变关系进行重轨矫直过程的分析,能真实反映矫直弯曲的弯矩、曲率、挠度的实际变化情况.用相同材料的反复弯曲试验确定矫直过程的应力应变关系,可解决重轨交变弯曲过程中材料特性变化所带来的问题.这一方法亦适用于其它截面的轧材.

     

    Abstract: It is convenient and exact to analyze the bending property (bending moment, curvature and deflation) with real,complex power function stress and strain relationship in the process of rail's straightening. Through the alternately bending test with the same materiel, stress and strain reationship can be found. The mechanical property problem caused by altemately bending of heavy rail can be solved.This method can be used for other steels with different cross section and material.
