ZrO2增韧Al2O3复相陶瓷中氧化锆相分布的分形维数

Fractal Dimension of Zirconia Phase in Alumina/Zirconia Ceramic Composites

  • 摘要: 研究了氧化锆增韧氧化铝复相陶瓷中氧化锆相分布的分形维数随氧化锆含量、烧结温度、保温时间的变化规律,通过与该材料的力学性能比较,该变化规律不但反应了相分布特征,而且与力学性能的变化规律一致。提出了利用相分布的分形维数作为一个参量来定量分析相分布对力学性能的影响的可能性。

     

    Abstract: The fractal dimensions of zirconia phase were measured using the techniques of quantitative metallography under different conditions:the different percentage of zirconia,sintering temperature and sintering time. The results showed that the morphology of zirconia phase and grain growth of zirconia are described well by fractals and the mechanical properties of the composites were well correlated with the fractals of the zirconia phase distribution. So, the influence of the zirconia phase on the mechanical property can be quantitatively described by the fractal dimension.
