75t DCEAF熔池传输现象的仿真

Emulating on Transport Phenomenon in 75 t DCEAF Bath

  • 摘要: 采用涡量-流函数法和K-ε双方程湍流模型,对75t直流电弧炉熔池流函数、速度、涡量、湍动能、湍动能耗散率、温度等因变量的传输过程进行了计算机仿真,从而对该直流电弧炉内流动与传热过程的规律有了全面的了解,为该设备的优化设计和最佳工艺操作提供了理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Computer emulating is developed to represent transport process of stream function, velocity, vorticity, kinetic energy, dissipation rate of turbulence energy, temperature in 75 t DCEAF bath by using vorticity-stream function method and K-ε two equation turbu-lent models. Therefore there is full-scale comprehending for regular pattern of fluid flow and transfer heat process in 75 t DCEAF
