New Nondestructive Testing Equipment by Fixed Probe Based onthe Contact Potential Difference Method

  • 摘要: 介绍了接触电位差法固定探头式无损探伤装置的结构,工作原理,测量电路及其频率特性.试验结果表明:该装置对局部狭窄的金属表面发生的龟裂或动态疲劳损伤过程中或初期的探测是有效的.

     

    Abstract: The structure, working principle, measuring circuit and frequency characteristics of contact potential difference nondestructive testing equipment using fixed probe am intro-duced. It is demonstrated by the experimental result that this equipment is effective for testing the local narrow dynamic endurance failure on the surface of metal.
