Research on Synthesis of Four-bar Linkage with a Coupler Curve of Approximate Strait-line

  • 摘要: 给出一种综合具有5个无限接近点(Burmester点)直线的四杆机构的新方法.用该方法综合铰链四杆机构可事先给定欲逼近直线上的点、直线方向以及1个固定铰链的位置,而且在每种给定条件下,都可以得到无穷多种机构供设计者选择.此外还推导出了综合公式,并给出了综合实例,证明了综合公式的正确性.

     

    Abstract: A new synthesizing method of four-bar linkage,in which the coupler curve has the point with five-point contact(Burmester's point),is presented.With this method, the point which is on the expecting straight-line,the direction of the line and one frame point,can be given beforehand.In each condition,infinite kinds of linkages can be obtained for designers.In the article,some synthesizing formulae are derived and a few synthesizing examples are given.The results have proved that the formulae are correct.
