Statistical Control Criteria and Abnormality Criteria of Near Zero Non-conformity Process

摘要: 对于接近零不合格品的生产过程,传统的统计过程控制(SPC)理论需要进一步发展,应用累积合格品数作为统计量是一条有效的途径.在此基础上,进一步提出接近零不合格品生产过程的基本模式和一套完整实用的判异、判稳准则.

Abstract: For the near zero non-conformity process,the traditional SPC theory should be developed to adapt the new situation.Using the cumulative number of conforming items as a statistic has been proved to be an effective way to research this near zero non-conformity process.On this basis,a complete criteria for statistical control and or abnormality are proposed.
