Establishment of the Dynamic Recrystallization Model of Q235

  • 摘要: 通过对实验数据的回归,建立了Q235普碳钢动态再结晶及其在硬化区变形时的变形抗力模型。模型计算和实验所测结果吻合较好。压缩实验条件:变形速率为0.01~1.0s-1,变形温度为900~1150℃,初始晶粒尺寸48~85μm。

     

    Abstract: The dynamic recrystallization and flow stress mcxlels of Q235 (plain carbon steel) were established by regression with experiment data, and the flow stress model was used for work hardening zone,the results calculated by the models agreed with those measured results. The condition of upsetting test was:temperature,900~1150℃ forming rate,0.01~1.0s-1; initial grain size,48~85 μm.
