复合不锈钢带生产的实验研究

Experiment Study on the Production of Composite Stainless Steel Strip

  • 摘要: 介绍了用反向凝固工艺实验研究生产复合不锈钢带.在研究中引入过熔度代替过热度.实验结果认为在母带原始厚度为2mm时,母带初始温度取800~850℃,控制钢水过熔度在10~30℃,用反向凝固工艺生产复合不锈钢带是可行的.

     

    Abstract: Some of experiment study on the smelting superheat of molten steel was introduced to replule the superheat.The production of composite stainless steel strip by Inversion Casting Technology were introduced. The conclusion was the follows, when the thickness of mother sheet was 2mm, the temperature of mother sheet was 800~850℃ and the smelting superheat was controlled as 10~30℃,the production of composite stainless steel strip would be possible.
