矢性流函数-涡量法充型过程数值模拟

Simulation of Mold Filling with Vector Stream Function-Vorticity Method

  • 摘要: 建立了用矢性流函数一涡量法和k-ε双方程湍流模型模拟铸造充型过程的数学模型,并模拟了铸造充型过程.对模拟结果的验证表明,计算结果与实测结果基本一致,证明矢性流函数-涡量法和k-ε双方程湍流模型可用于模拟铸造充型过程三维非稳态湍流流动和传热过程。

     

    Abstract: The mathematic model simulating mold filling process with vector stream function-voracity method and turbulent flow model has been established, by which the mold filling process in casting has been modeled.The result calculated is in good keeping with the result measured, which demonstrates that fluid flow and heat transfer during mold filling can be simulated by this method.
