磷对GH169合金组织性能的影响

Effect of Phosphorus on Mechanical Properties andMicrostructure in GH169(In718) Alloy

  • 摘要: 对不同磷含量5炉GH169(IN718)合金进行力学性能测试及显微组织分析,结果表明,磷具有"反常"的强韧化作用,随磷含量增加,GH169合金最终热处理后的650℃持久寿命和塑性亦显著增加.

     

    Abstract: The influence of phosphorus ranging from 10-5~1.3 × 10-4 on mechanical properties and microstructure of GH169(IN718) has been detected. The results show that phosphorus has a strengthening and toughening effect, i. e, to increase stress rupure life and ductility of GH169(IN718) at 650℃.
