Optimum Design and Results Visualizationof Structural Parameters of Loader Bucket

  • 摘要: 在ISO 7546-1983的基础上,通过建立几种不同型式铲斗容量计算的统一数学模型,推导出铲斗容量的精确计算公式.利用复合形法对铲斗结构参数进行了优化设计,通过可视化显示设计结果,为准确计算斗容及合理设计铲斗结构提供了理论基础.

     

    Abstract: Based on the international standard ISO 7546-1983, the uniform mathematical model for calculation of the loader bucket volume and its formula are presented. By the complex method,the structural parameters of loader bucket and visualizes the optimization processes and results are presented.The results can be used to calculate the bucket volume precisely and design the bucket structure parameters rationally.
