压力下真空密封造型铸造

Under Pressure Vacuum Sealed Molding Casting Process

  • 摘要: 在真空密封造型工艺(V法)的基础上,提出压力下真空密封造型铸造工艺(P-V法),并对P-V法中铸型抗压强度、抗剪强度、抗拉强度、硬度、薄膜烧失、浇注时型腔压力、金属液充型流动等工艺参数进行系统的基础研究.

     

    Abstract: On the basis of vacuum sealed molding process (V process), the vacuum sealed molding casting process (P-V process) under pressure is introduced. The molding compressive strength, shearing strength, tensile strength, toasting and metal liquid flowing are comprehensively analyzed.
