转炉炼钢厂钢包转运的物理模型

Physical Model of Ladle Cycling for Converter Plant

  • 摘要: 在对炼钢厂钢包转运过程进行解析中,给出了钢包运行时间因素的数学描述,提出钢包转运过程的"柔性时间"概念和钢包使用个数的计算方法.同时,对钢包运行的优化进行了分析,建立了钢包转运的物理模型.

     

    Abstract: On the bases of developing technology of high speed continuous casting, this paper analyzed the process of ladle transporting in converter plant of Guangzhou iron & Steel Co. Ltd.was analyzed, and time factor of ladle cycling in mathematics was described. A new conception of flexible time was set forth, and a kind of method on quantity of ladle calculating was provided. Meanwhile, by studied optimization of ladle transporting in the production route thoroughly, physical model of ladle cycling was established.
