热轧冲压桥壳用钢板的研制开发

Development of Hot-rolled Drawn Axle-housing Steel

  • 摘要: 通过对不同化学成分的试验用钢进行不同热轧工艺、终轧温度和卷取温度的试验研究,分析了化学成分、工艺参数、金相组织对桥壳钢性能的影响:确定了化学成分及符合武钢生产条件的工艺制度;在此基础上研制开发了440MPa级热轧冲压桥壳专用钢板.

     

    Abstract: During the development of axle-housing steel, the composition and hot-rolling schedules have been studied and determined, the mechanics properties and formability of axle-housing steel have been tested, and the effects of composition and hot-rolling schedules on the mechanics properties and formability of axle-housing steel have been analyzed.
