Layout Selecting of EAF Steel Plant with 100% Continuous Casting

  • 摘要: 电炉炼钢厂不同平面布置将涉及占地面积,设备体积,投资金额等因素.研究表明,不同平面布置的本质区别在于钢包转运的途径和消耗时间不同,因而它一方面约束了LF钢包炉作业时间的最大允许值,另一方面则影响了炼钢车间的年产能力.

     

    Abstract: Different layout of EAF steel plant involves floor space, equipment mass and investment cost etc. The studied results show that different layout is characterized by different ladle transport route and consumed time in essentials, which limit maximum processing time of liquid steel in LF, and affect annual capacity.
