Simulation of Temperature Field of Coiler Furnace

  • 摘要: 根据热卷箱式炉中板坯卷取及保温过程的导热特点,建立了温度场计算模型.用有限元程序计算出的结果与实际基本相符,应用此模型,可对薄板坯连铸连轧缓冲区的效果进行评估,以及有助于辅助工艺设计与优化.

     

    Abstract: A finite element numerical model has been developed to describe the temperature distribution of slab in coiler furnace. The results of numerical simulation using ANSYS software agree with the practice. It is helpful for drawing reasonable procedure of the process.
