宽带钢热轧支持辊辊形变化对板形的影响

Effect of Back-up Roll Profile in Hot Wide Strip Mill on the Strip Profile and Flatness

  • 摘要: 分析了宽带钢热轧支持辊辊形变化对板形的影响,提出板形稳定性(ST)的概念.仿真结果表明,带钢宽度越宽其板形稳定性越差,其他参数对权形稳定性影响不大.

     

    Abstract: The effect of back-up roll profile on strip profile and flatness in hot wide strip rolling is analyzed and the stability of profile and flatness(ST) is put forward. The simulating results show that ST is worse to wider strip and is not influenced by other factors.
