连铸机结晶器液面状态识别及遗传模糊控制方法

Mould Bath Level State Recognition and Fuzzy Control Method Based on GA

  • 摘要: 在连铸生产过程,结晶器液位易受许多复杂和不确定因素影响,难以控制.为此提出一种新的变结构模糊控制器.在这个控制器中,采用一种基于改进的聚类算法的双层ISODATA算法的状态识别方法;并且在控制器中用遗传算法优化模糊规则的条数和内容及隶属函数,使推理速度和控制系统的鲁棒性大大改善.仿真结果令人满意.

     

    Abstract: In continuous casting process, because mould bath level can be easily affected by many complex and uncertain factors and difficult to control, a new structure-varied fuzzy controller is proposed. In this controller, a state pattern recognition method based on an improved adjustable clustering algorithm,dual-ISODATA algorithm is used. At the fuzzy controller,quantity and the content of the fuzzy rule and mumbership function are optimized by the Genetic Algorithms. The reasoning speed and the robustness of the control systems is greatly improved.The results of the simulation are satisfactory.
