煤气改质过程能量利用分析

Analyses of Gas Reforming Process for Energy Utilization in Smelting Reduction

  • 摘要: 通过对熔融还原煤气改质过程模型计算分析,得到不同改质条件下进、出改质炉煤气成分、温度的相互关系,以及过程的能量利用状况.研究表明,煤气改质过程可以节约二步法熔融还原的能量消耗,在自平衡条件下,可以达到最佳效果.

     

    Abstract: Calculating and analyzing the gas reforming result of smelting reduction process by modeling method. The relationship of the gases composition and temperature before and after reforming is obtained. It shows that the energy consumption in smelting reduction process will reduced by this way and the best condition is gas reforming at self-balance operation area.
