几种不同大气腐蚀预测模型的比较

Comparison of Several Different Models in Atmospheric Corrosion Prediction

  • 摘要: 分别运用腐蚀速率与暴露时间关系的指数模型(D=ATn,D=ATBeC/T)灰色系统"的GM(1,1)模型和环境综合因子模型预测碳钢和低合金钢的大气腐蚀率,并与挂片暴露试验结果进行比较.结果表明,相同材料在不同的大气环境下有着不同的腐蚀规律,碳钢和低合金钢的大气腐蚀预测可选择不同的预测模型.

     

    Abstract: Atmospheric corrosion rates of carbon steel and low alloy steel were Predicted by using different models:two regressive models (D=ATn,D=ATBeC/T), GM(l, l) model of "Gray system", and synthetic factors model of atmospheric corrosion. By comparing the calculated values with exposed test values, it indicated that same materials have different corrosion rules in different environments at the same time for different materials have different prediction models in the same environment.
