宝钢炼钢厂铁水脱硫模式预定系统

Hot Metal Desulfurization Pre-arrange System of Baosteel

  • 摘要: 对宝钢一转炉炼钢厂铁水预处理脱硫工序(包括鱼雷罐车脱硫和铁水包脱硫)进行了综合研究.编制了《宝钢炼钢厂铁水脱硫模式预定系统》离线运行软件.本软件设计为全开放系统(Open System),脱硫模式的预定过程以脱硫综合成本为目标函数,采用令牌管理(Toeken Managent)规则.该软件的实验室模拟运行和现场离线运行均取得了较好的效果.

     

    Abstract: Based on the comprehensive research of the desulfurization of hot metal pretredrient process and working procedure of No. 1 Steel Plan of Baosteel, the offiine running software has been gotten. This software is designed as open system and it follows the rulers of the Token Management (integraion cost of desulfuration as the objective function). Under the offline running result, it is useful to reduce the desulfurizaition cost and promote the competition by applying this Optimization Model Software.
