微型烧结法分析

Analysis on Mini-Sintering Test

  • 摘要: 在了解国内外烧结机理研究方法的基础上,介绍了由北京科技大学设计的微型烧结法的构成和用法,并详细阐述了微型烧结法的的设计原理和理论依据,通过试验数据和生产过程的分析对比,从理论推导和试验结果上分析、验证了其可靠性.该法把烧结过程的各阶段与微型烧结法的试验联系起来,实现了烧结机理研究和生产研究的互补和关联.

     

    Abstract: The construction and direction of amtal-sintering test designed by USTB was intrduced. The principle and theory about the mun-sintering test were also explained. The dependability concluded from theory analysis and experiment conclusion was inveshgaed and proved by testing data and producing ProcessThe contacting and reinforcing between sintering mechanism and sinter production was connected with phases of agglomeration producing and sample of mini-sintering test.
