陶瓷内衬钢管陶瓷层的裂纹修补及表面质量改善

Surface Finishing and Crack Repairing of Ceramic Layer of Steel Pipe Inside Lined Ceramic

  • 摘要: 研究了在SHS-离心法制备陶瓷内衬钢管时,利用自蔓延反应余热熔化改性剂修补陶瓷层中的裂纹.通过对裂纹修补前后陶瓷层的缺陷研究表明:裂纹修补后,陶瓷内衬钢管陶瓷层内的缺陷得到很好修复,已无穿透性裂纹或通孔;同时改善了陶瓷内衬钢管陶瓷层的表面质量,得到与陶瓷层结合良好、表面光滑的内表面.

     

    Abstract: The modifying agent Which meited by residual heat emited in self-propagation reaction infiltrates into the crack in the ceramic layer when producing composite steel pipe by means of SHS-centrifugal.The effect of the teclmology is investigated by SEM. At the same time surface quality of the ceramic layer is improved.
