内孔四层套扁挤压筒的组合应力分析

Cohinined Stress Analysis of Multilayer Flat Container with Intemal Hole

  • 摘要: 采用弹性有限元法对生产大型整体壁板用扁挤压筒在实际工作状态下应力分布进行了数值模拟,获得了在不同装配条件和加热条件下扁挤压筒的应力分布状况.结果表明,对内孔尺寸为850mm×250mm的4层套扁挤压筒,带及不带中间层加热圈时其等效组合应力分布存在较大差别.在热挤压工作状态下,工作内压为500MPa,装配方案为(2.2,2.0,1.5)时,4层套扁挤压筒最大等效组合应力在有无中间层加热圈时均低于扁挤压筒的许用应力.

     

    Abstract: The stress distrution of multilayer flat container for extruding aluminum sheet with flange has been simulated by FEM under different heating condition and shrink-fitting range. The results show that the distribution of equivalent combined stress for multilayer flat container with hole size 850×250mm differs sharply between the container with middle heating ring and tha with no middle heating ring. In the stae of hot extrusion under extrusion pressure 500 MPa, the container of shrink-fitting range(2-2,2.0,1.5) can meet the strength condition of the container Whether with the heating ring or not.
