密封罩吹氩喷粉过程钢液脱氮模型

Model of Nitrogen Removal from Liquid Steel in the Process of powder Injection with Sealed Cover Under Argon Blowing Conditions

  • 摘要: 通过理论计算和试验,建立了密封罩吹氩喷粉过程钢液脱氮模型,模型计算值与实测值符合较好,结果表明,影响钢液含氮量的主要因素为钢液面氮分压及吹氩量,密封罩喷粉工艺可以较好地解决喷粉过程钢液的增氮问题.

     

    Abstract: A model of nitrogen removal from liquid steel in process of powder injection with sealed under argon blowing conditions was estabilished by theoretical calculated and test.The calculated results were in accordance with the dare measured experiment. The results show that the main effect factors on nitrogen removal from liquid steel are nitrogen partial pressure on the facial of liquid steel and flow of cpu blowing. The problem of nitrogen pickup has been solved prefectly by the technology.
