套管接头螺纹滑脱失效有限元模拟

Finite Element Method Simulation of Thread Off Failure on Casing Thread Connection

  • 摘要: 套管螺纹接头必须满足结构完整性,用能考虑螺纹接触边界存在大变形和大滑移条件的有限元程序,对套管螺纹接头滑脱失效影响参数进行了有限元模拟.模拟结果表明:螺纹锥度大小对滑脱影响很小,材料性能对滑脱影响最大;滑脱的开始位置在接箍的端部.模拟结果与实际情况相吻合.

     

    Abstract: Casing thread connection must satisfy structural integrity. Thus the thread off failure's influential parameters of casing thread connection were simulated by the finite element method that can be used to consider large distortion and large slippage on thread contact boundary Results show:thread taper has very small effect on thread off, and material property has the biggest effect on thread off. The first position of thread off is coupling end, and that position is tallied with the position during actual operation.
