中板轧制过程板坯弯曲生成与抑制之四——电气传动系统对板坯弯曲的影响

Forming and Curbing of Plate Bending in Jobbing Sheet Rolling Process(4)——Electrical Drive System Parameters Effecting Plate Bending

  • 摘要: 从理论上分析了电气传动系统参数对板坯弯曲的影响,给出了抑制板坯弯曲的方案并给予实施,实践表明用电气传动系统参数的非对称来抑制板坯弯曲的效果显著.

     

    Abstract: The relationship between plate bending curvature and parameters of electrical drive system is analyzed. Adjustment method of curbing plate bending is provided with non-symmetric parameters of electrical drive system. The theory has been adopted in practical production and is proved to be outstanding effect.
