炼油设备腐蚀与防护管理规范化专家系统

Exploitation of Expert System of Standardization Management for Corrosion and Protection in Refinery

  • 摘要: 本系统采用先进的神经网络理论和设备适应性评估技术实现对设备腐蚀状况的评判,对评估不合格的腐蚀缺陷,并提供降低运行条件的具体建议.另外,系统给出了炼油设备腐蚀类型的基本特性概述、腐蚀机理说明、各腐蚀类型易发生的部位说明以及影响这些腐蚀类型的腐蚀速率的主要影响因素.

     

    Abstract: The structure,function and characteristic of expert system of standardization management for corrosion and protection in refinery (ESSMCPR) was introduced. In ESSMCPR, aritifical neueal network (ANN) and Fitness-For-Service technology were used to evaluate the corrosion defects in refinery, and can make suggestions for lower temperature and pressure if the defects is incompetent automatically. In additoon, ESSMCPR would give out the corrosion type,mechanism, characteristics all effect factors on line in refinery. The select material commend tables to anti-corrosion for distillation, catalyse and coking equipment were also gave in ESSMCPR.
