改性煤系煅烧高岭土晶化焙烧产品分析测试

Testing and Analysing for the Product of Crystallization Roasting the Surface Modificated Coal Kaolin Powder

  • 摘要: 运用SEM,TEM,XRD等对改性煤系煅烧高岭土晶化焙烧产品进行了测试,分析了晶化焙烧工艺所带来的改性煤系煅烧高岭土超细颗粒性能的变化.例如,基体颗粒表面水合二氧化钛由非晶态转化为晶态,膜覆包均匀等.最终产品可以作为钛白粉的替代品.

     

    Abstract: The Product of crystallization roasting the surface modificated coal kaolin was tested by SEM, TEM and XRD. The performance changing of the surface surface modificated ultra-fine calcined coal kaolin was analysed from the Process of crystallization roasting. For example the hydrate TiO2 film on the surface of the basal body particle is turned non-crystal into crystal. The coating film is well-distribufed.
