不烧Al2O3-C质耐火材料在水蒸气中的抗氧化性能

Oxidation Character of Al2O3-C Refractory Used in Blast Furnace in Water Vapor

  • 摘要: 对高炉炉身下部用不烧Al2O3-C质耐火材料在水蒸气环境下的抗氧化性能进行了详细的热力学分析和全面的氧化性能实验.根据实验结果,总结出其氧化规律,建立了不烧Al2O3-C质耐火材料的氧化动力学模型.此外,还对氧化前后试样的抗折强度进行了测定和比较.

     

    Abstract: The oxidation thermodynamic analysis and a series of experiment of oxidation resistance characteristics of unsintered Al2O3-C refractory used for blast furnace in water vapor were made. According to the Induction and the analysis on many experimental results, the oxidation regularity was concluded; the oxidation kinetic model was established Besides, the strenths of samples before and after oxidation were measured and compared.
