空分装置操作仿真系统的研究与开发

Research and Development of the Simulation System for Air-separation Equipment

  • 摘要: 从操作和控制两方面确保空分设备运行的安全性和稳定性出发,开发了宝钢5#空分操作仿真系统,实现了空分操作的计算机仿真.该系统包括空分正常运行状态和空分启动过程的操作仿真,可以实现与现场相同的操作过程,并配合有完整的5#空分的计算机操作画面.系统采用模块化的设计思路,核心计算程序与界面控制程序完全分离,通过边界模块进行通讯,缩短了系统的开发周期,降低了调试的难度.

     

    Abstract: In order to improve operators' skill, USTB and Shanghai Baosteel Group Corp. cooperatively developed an operation simulation system for Baosteel's No.5 air-separation equipment. The system includes normal operation and start-up state simulation. All computer operation interfaces in real operation are included in the system and similar operation procedures can be Proceeded. Module method is used and the key computation program is separated from the interface control program in the system.
