纳米碳纤维微观结构的高分辨电镜研究

Study on the Microstructure of Carbon Nano-Fiber by HREM

  • 摘要: 从纳米碳纤维中切取横切面薄膜,用高分辨电镜研究纤维的微观结构.结果说明:材料的试样中纤维是实心的,而不是管状的;判断纳米碳纤维是管状的还是实心棒状,应该在高分辨电境下从横切面研究纳米碳纤维的微观结构;同一试样中纳米碳纤维的直径可能不同.

     

    Abstract: The cross section of some carbon nano-fiber was cut directly and the microstructure of the thin cross section studed by HREM.The result preset that the carbon nano-fiber are solid material not tube material.
