湿式多片制动器摩擦片温度分布规律

Wet Multi-disc Brake Temperature Distribution

  • 摘要: 由于湿式多片制动器摩擦片径向尺寸大,而且摩擦材料弹性模量也大,因此摩擦片更容易受热-弹性变形的影响.将湿式多片制动器摩擦表面温度的实验测量数据与有限元分析结果进行比较,得出湿式多片制动器表面温度分布的规律.

     

    Abstract: Since wet multi-disc brake has large radius dimension, its friction materials' elastic modulus is also large, it is easier to be influenced by thermal-elastic distortion. The rulles of temperature distribution on friction surfaces in wet multi-disc brake are analyzed with Finite Element Analysis. These predictions are confirmed by experiments.
