Faults of No-twist Finishing Wire Rod Mill

  • 摘要: 论述了对高速无扭精轧机组压帽、保护套和小伞齿轴故障诊断,通过实例说明:对于高度机械化、自动化、连续化生产的设备能通过部件基频上振动峰值的变化发现设备故障.

     

    Abstract: Explains the equipment diagnosis (ED) for the 10-stand V-type finishing wire rod mill. Equipment diagnsis tecnique effects on measuring peak of vibration freguency which discovering trouble of equipment.
