金属锯机锯片齿形参数的设计分析

Analysis on the Tooth Shape of the Saw Blade

  • 摘要: 针对金属锯机锯片磨损速度过快,使用寿命较短等主要失效形式,研究分析了齿形参数对锯切力和锯齿应力及其分布的影响规律.在此基础上,以较小的锯切力和锯齿应力水平、合理的锯齿应力分布为目标,给出了合理的齿形参数.

     

    Abstract: In order to resolve the main failure of the saw blade for metal cutting and extend its life-span, the influence of tooth shape parameters on the sawing force and the stress in blade tooth has been analyzed. Based on this work, the optimal tooth shape parameters have been given, which will make the sawing force and the stress in blade tooth lower.
