真空蒸馏硫磺渣提取元素硫

Recovery of Sulfur from Anode Slime of Nickel Sulfide Electrolysisby Vacuum Evaporation

  • 摘要: 对硫化镍电解阳极泥提硫后硫磺渣,进行了真空蒸馏硫磺渣提取元素硫的工艺研究,并分析了影响蒸馏过程的因素.结果表明:采用真空蒸馏-冷凝方法从硫磺渣回收元素硫并得到硫磺,其形态为α-型硫;残渣含化合态硫可降为15.10%,无元素硫;最大脱硫率达97.08%.

     

    Abstract: The sulfur recovery from the pre-treated anode slime of nickel sulfide electrolysis by vacuum-evaporation. The results show that the vacuum evaporation-condensation method cangain element sulfur (a-sryle), and sulfur content in the slag decrease down by 15.10%, desulfuration ration is 97.08%.
