盐粒沉降对Zn大气腐蚀的影响

Effect of Deposition of Electrolytes on Atmospheric Corrosion of Znunder Thin Liquid Film

  • 摘要: 使用石英晶体微天平(QCM)并结合红外透射光谱(IRTS)研究了海洋大气环境和工业大气环境对金属Zn在薄液膜下大气腐蚀的影响.QCM试验表明:研究的几种电解质中,NaCl对Zn的腐蚀最严重,其次是(NH42SO4,NaNO3较弱,Na2CO3最轻微.结合红外光谱对腐蚀产物的分析,阐述了各种不同电解质条件下的腐蚀机理.

     

    Abstract: Effect of sea atmospheric environment and industrial atmospheric on corrosion of metal Zn has been studied for the first time using Quartz Crystal Microbalance(QCM) combined with Infrared Transmissive Spectroscopy(IRTS). QCM results have shown that NaCl deposited on surface of zinc is the most corrosive electrolyte among selected electrolytes to atmospheric corrosion of zinc, (NH4)2SO4 deposited on the surface of zinc is the second, NaNO3 weak, and Na2CO3 the slightest. Combined with the IRTS analysis of the corrosion products, the corrosion mechanism of Zn under thin liquid film has elaborated.
