模糊-积分控制器在水处理过程中的应用

Application of Integral-Fuzzy Controller for Water Treatment

  • 摘要: 设计了一种具有积分环节的模糊控制器,并由西门子S7—200系列PLC实现.将模糊-积分控制器应用于反渗透水处理设备中,结果证明可实现水处理过程电导率实时自动控制,提高了反渗透水处理过程中设备的工作效率和原水的利用率.

     

    Abstract: Fuzzy controller with integral is developed, and is realized by Siemens S7-200 PLC. This controller is applied in the reverse osmosis water-treatment equipment to control the conductivity real-time. This method raises the working efficiency of the equipment and the utilization ratio of water in reverse osmosis process.
